Requirements Analysis

One of the key areas we will work on before implementing your CRM or ERP solution is getting to know your business. For us this is one of the most important stages in the implementation process. Not only does getting to know your organisation enable us to provide you with the best solution possible, but the scoping process gives you an opportunity to clearly define your goals so that you can be sure that you will get the best from your Microsoft solution once it goes live.

During the requirements analysis we will;

  • Identify and speak to the key stakeholders from within your organisation, from your management team, to administrative and data support – it’s important that your solution works for all of your users
  • Drill down into the requirements, from the organisation as a whole, to departmental needs, and individual user and role requirements. This will enable us to identify any specific needs across software development and training.
  • Take the information gleaned from our fact finding and use this to scope out the perfect ERP or CRM solution for your business and its specific requirements

We want your implementation to run as smoothly and efficiently as possible, which is why the team dealing with this stage of the process will be the same people that oversee any development, data migration, and training required. Nothing will get lost in translation between teams and your new solution could be up and running in as little as 90 days.
