Prioritising workplace responsibility
We’re committed to building a robust, sustainable business for the long term, taking a zero-tolerance approach to the exploitation of human rights, and ensuring personal and sensitive data is safeguarded to the highest of standards.
Fair and ethical conduct is something we take very seriously. We encourage collective responsibility across our organisation, and expect our contractors, suppliers and other business partners – and those in their supply chains – to adhere to the same ethical practices as we do.

We are always open, honest and transparent with our people, our customers and our suppliers and work hard to deliver best possible service to everyone who partners with Tisski.
We employ a diverse team and, while we acknowledge there is always more that can be done, we are proud to have achieved a gender balance which exceeds sector average. We invest in the health and mental wellbeing of our people, support team members in achieving their professional aspirations, and actively recruit graduates and apprentices to help them take that all-important first step in their careers.
Championing environmental sustainability
With environmental factors incorporated into our business strategy, we've set an ambitious target to achieve net zero by 2030.
The Government requires suppliers bidding for major contracts to have a Carbon Reduction Plan; ours forms part of our Net Zero Strategy.

Supporting our communities
Whether internally, in the tech community or beyond, we’re always seeking positive ways to make a contribution. A £2,000 donation goes to an employee’s chosen charity each month, and our sabbatical scheme offers Tisski team members the opportunity to volunteer for three months, full-time while receiving their full basic salary.
We’re active members of the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform community and deliver educational guest lectures, encouraging people to embark on careers in science, tech, engineering and mathematics (STEM).
