Once you’ve been with us for three months, you’ll be enrolled onto our pension scheme. We make contributions amounting to 8% of your salary – all you need to do is contribute a minimum of 2%.

Every month, we donate £2,000 to a charity chosen by one of our employees. We also run a sabbatical scheme which allows you to apply for the opportunity to take three months off work with full pay to volunteer for a charity you’re passionate about.

We’ve recently launched a scheme which gives you the chance to sacrifice part of your salary in return for an electric vehicle. Prices are good, and include maintenance on your vehicle, as well as tyres and insurance.
We offer flexible, home-based working
Working from home may be the norm for now, but we were based remotely long before Covid. With Tisski, you’ll never have to commute five days a week, though we do have an office for those who prefer! We also offer flexibility with hours, helping you fit work around other commitments.
