Developing CRM Systems with the Department for Education

Background

After working with the Department for Education (DfE) for several years on a sub-contractor basis, Tisski secured a six-figure tech support contract with the organisation after building a relationship strengthened by their expertise in delivering digital transformation in government departments.

The DfE required the development of customer relationship management (CRM) systems for the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), and the Education Data Division (EDD), Independent Education and Boarding Team (IEBT) and Inter Company Adoption (ICA) business units.

Outcome

Tisski provide full support for each of the department’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems and focus on delivering enhancements to communications and case work management processes.

The systems manage tens of thousands of interactions between DfE employees, government, education providers and members of the public every year in an efficient, effective and secure way.
