Providing Ongoing Support to the Society for Endocrinology

The Society for Endocrinology is a UK-based not-for-profit membership organisation that supports the nationwide and global endocrine community in sharing ideas and advancing their discipline.

The Society supports scientists, clinicians and nurses who work with hormones and opens conversations with policymakers, journalists, patients and the public to encourage informed health decisions and demonstrate the value of endocrinology.

As a small organisation, the Society for Endocrinology found themselves short on the in-house expertise needed to make the most of their enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.

With the system playing such an integral part in their financial and management accounting and transactional processing, the Society decided it was time to bring a Microsoft partner on board to offer the support they needed. Having worked with Tisski on their initial Dynamics NAV implementation, they awarded the support contract to them and, since then, Tisski has upgraded the Society’s Dynamics NAV system to Dynamics 365 Business Central.

By partnering with Tisski – a Microsoft Solutions Partner (and former Gold Partner) – the Society for Endocrinology has the opportunity to receive technical support with their Business Central system via email and Microsoft Teams. Tisski’s team of experts are also on hand to help if the organisation experiences any unexpected or urgent issues with their technology.

As well as offering a helping hand in overcoming any technical concerns with Business Central, Tisski’s Service Desk offers advice on how the Society for Endocrinology can improve the way they use the system.
