How customisable is Microsoft Dynamics?

Microsoft Dynamics CRM is highly customisable, it can be developed and customised to meet precise business needs allowing your business to grow and enhance customer interactions.

Does Microsoft Dynamics support multiple web browsers?

Microsoft Dynamics Web Client requires one of the following browsers:

  • Internet Explorer 6 with SP1

Can I automate any business processes using Microsoft Dynamics?

Yes, many of your business processes can be automated, saving time and increasing efficiency.

Can I use Microsoft Dynamics to produce reports?

Yes, included are reports which provide you with useful business information, these can be used as templates for creating your own custom reports. Microsoft Dynamics uses SSRS for report writing, this allows users to run one report which pulls information from many different applications such as NAV (or another ERP system), SharePoint Services (or another portal/document management solution) and other databases solutions.

Is there document management functionality?

No, there is not a document management function. However, it is possible to link documents to contact records so that you can access them via CRM.

Can Microsoft Dynamics integrate with non Microsoft applications?

Yes, we can provide bespoke development to integrate CRM with your existing system.

Is Microsoft Dynamics an on-premise or hosted solution?

It can be either.

Is Microsoft Dynamics CRM available in the Cloud?

Yes, Microsoft Dynamics CRM online is hosted in the Cloud.

Will Microsoft Dynamics work on my iPad?

Are there 3rd Party Add-ons available for Microsoft Dynamics CRM?

How long does it take to get Microsoft Dynamics CRM up and running?

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Online can in theory be up and running straight away. The answer to this question is, in short, very hard to define until your requirements have been discussed.

Can Microsoft Dynamics CRM handle multiple languages and currencies?


Will Microsoft Dynamics CRM work offline?

Microsoft Dynamics CRM will work offline when using the CRM Offline client for Outlook. Data is stored on the laptop and automatically synchronised with CRM when an Internet connection is available.
