  • Virtual Technical Architect: Access to a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics consultant who provides technical direction, guidance and leadership on a broad range of areas to support your CRM and ERP roll-out (e.g. approach, QA design decisions, development challenges, third party applications and product roadmap).
  • Premium Support Contract: On-demand access to your own allocated support engineer who provides insight and expertise to help deliver requirements, support roll-out and ensure you are getting the most from Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Virtual Organisation Administrator: To manage any short-term administrative requirements during roll-out, a Tisski assistant will fulfil day-to-day duties as part of your team (e.g. dashboard setup, email marketing or user engagement follow-up).
  • 2nd Tier Support: An opportunity to engage with an outside partner for support with systems that were configured by a 3rd party or developed inhouse (e.g. advice, issue escalation and technical support).
  • Virtual Sales Administrator: Expertise to help increase user engagement and support your team with day-to-day issues (e.g. advanced finds, sending mailings, dashboard creation and circulation).
  • Time-bank Support Contract: Access consultancy on an ad hoc basis if you want peace of mind but are unsure of the exact nature of the support required.
