An End of Year Message from CEO, Anna Assassa

As we approach the festive break, I wanted to take the opportunity to reflect on how thankful I am for everyone’s custom in what has been an incredibly challenging year for organisations across the world.

It goes without saying that we’ve all been impacted in different ways in 2020, both in our personal and working lives, and I am extremely grateful to each and every member of the Tisski team who have worked tirelessly to continue to deliver for our customers through exceptional circumstances.

I’m proud to say that Tisski has played a part in the response to the Covid-19 pandemic, helping healthcare organisations to stand up a number of vital services in a matter of days and enabling customers to build applications that manage a safe return to work for their people. None of this would have been possible without the strong, lasting relationships we have built with our customers, and our commitment to service excellence.

As we look forward, I truly believe there has never been a more important time for organisations to look at how they need to adapt to the ‘new normal’. Technology has the power to remove cumbersome, manual processes; it allows for better collaboration that breaks down physical and geographic boundaries and it enables valuable resource to be used to greater effect, delivering more for the same – or, in some cases, less.

Next year is an exciting one for Tisski, with new products and services that will disrupt and invigorate the marketplace. We will continue to grow as a team and look forward to working collaboratively and in partnership with our customers, as we always have.

I truly look forward to seeing what 2021 brings and, on behalf of everyone at Tisski, may I wish you and your family a very merry Christmas.
