Having joined Tisski in the early days as Administration Manager, Kelly has had the pleasure of seeing our company grow from just seven employees to the 100+ strong team that we are today.
Kelly has spent her professional life filling a broad range of management roles, whether that be administration, retail or account management, and as a result she’s the perfect person to keep things ticking over tidily behind the scenes at Tisski, having built the administerial function from the ground up.
“When I started at Tisski there was no one dedicated to it, so that’s where I came in.”
Looking after the admin team and anything related to HR, Kelly’s role is central to our organisation; a real people person, she enjoys nothing more than bringing people together and working for the good of the whole team. She’s also a true advocate of the family feel we’ve fostered here at Tisski.
“The fact that we didn’t become really corporate as we grew is a big deal for me. I think it’s our family ethos that makes us strong and I would always want to keep that going. We might all be in different roles, but we’re all working to achieve the same outcome.”
Outside of her day-to-day role, Kelly turns her hand to another kind of work: restoring properties. She’s also a keen gardener, and enjoys spending time tending to her home-grown veg.
