Hi, I’m Rachel and I’m a Financial and HR Controller. I focus on a wide variety of areas within HR and finance – this can include producing month-end accounts, onboarding new members of staff and looking after policies and procedures.

Why I love working for Tisski:
I have amazing colleagues and an equally amazing manager. I’m thanked often for my contributions; my suggestions are taken on board and new initiatives I’m keen to move forward are often implemented.
Fave thing about the tech industry:
I love seeing how the advances in software solutions and apps automate particular areas of business, allowing people to use their time in better ways.
Proud of:
The fact I was a shareholder in a recruitment company which became the largest in its area. We sold the company a few years before I started my journey with Tisski.
The greatest adventure I’ve had:
I would say travelling around the world in six weeks before having children – we visited Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and San Francisco and they were all incredible – but actually the greatest adventure I have had is raising my three boys.
