Employee Profile

Alpesh Mistry

Hello, I’m Alpesh and I’m the Head of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. After a long and varied career at Tisski, I now look after our D365 and Power Platform practice and enjoy mentoring my team to help them achieve the very best they can.

Expert in:

Dynamics 365 and Power Platform – and because I’ve had so many roles at Tisski, I have a good understanding of the business as a whole.

With Tisski since:

2012

Why I love working for Tisski:

The culture is key. I love the fact that we recognise that the most important thing about Tisski is the people and they are the ones we focus on, which in turn means we are better enabled to deliver a great service to our customers. This is evident in our low staff turnover and comes right from the top down.

Fave thing about the tech industry:

I love seeing how we can use existing technology to help business improve themselves. The most amazing thing about the industry is the pace of change, and the I love the challenges that brings as tech progresses and we see new ways to help customers and inspire individuals to work in the industry.

Proud of:

My varied experience in the IT sector. I have experience of ERP and CRM solutions from developer to lead consultant and architect, and strive to help others in my team to achieve the same by coaching and mentoring each individual to be the best of themselves. I am proud to be where I am now.

You may be surprised to know that:

I have an identical twin and he also works in IT. In fact, he used to work for one of Tisski’s big customers and was often mistaken for me by the customer when he joined and even by members of my team.

If I could only eat one food for the rest of my life, it would be:

Pizza, ignoring all health implications. Everyone will tell you that I am a big foodie, so this is a tough one. I would have to be allowed to have any pizza toppings for life as well, of course, as I really wouldn’t want to be tied down! My second choice - a bit of a cheat response - would be Indian food; I would keep it as generically Indian food as I love nearly all of it from my families Gujarati dishes, to Punjabi and South Indian dishes.
