Meet Head of Enterprise Resource Planning, Adrian Johnson

Adrian Johnson

Employee Profile

Adrian Johnson

Hello, I’m Adrian and I’m Head of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). I play an active role on large projects as a solutions architect, and take responsibility for setting standards and best practice, growing the Tisski team and ensuring they develop in their careers.

Expert in:

ERP

With Tisski since:

2012 as an official employee, but I was working on projects from day one in 2011!

Why I love working for Tisski:

The sheer commitment and professionalism of everyone at Tisski - we sell solutions not products. Successful implementation of solutions leads to happy customers and therefore great customer retention which has helped us grow to where we are today.

Fave thing about the tech industry:

It’s always evolving. Things are getting smaller, faster and smarter. I’m loving the move to cloud technology for ERP as the momentum has been building up over the last few years. With the move to SaaS solutions, companies will always remain on the latest version of products, meaning no costly upgrades every few years.

Proud of:

What we at Tisski have achieved together, getting to be part of it from the very beginning and I like to think playing my part in becoming the company we are today. We have come so far but the journey is far from over and I cannot wait to see where we go in the future. Being given the opportunity to become the Head of ERP and manage such a brilliant and dedicated team, as well!

If I could have dinner with anyone famous, it would be:

Michael Jordan. I like to play and watch most sports and there is often a heated debate about who is the greatest of all time, (GOAT) - for most sports except basketball, that is, as Michael Jordan is hands down the basketball GOAT. One of my favourite programmes recently was ‘The Last Dance’, which was a documentary about his last season with the Chicago Bulls. Seeing just how driven he was to win and be the best and how he how kept pushing his team mates to be better in training, let alone in games. He was always there to take on responsibility when the clock was ticking. Simply the best.
