It’s one industry that is changing the world the fastest and for the better. You take your eye off the tech world for a few weeks and you miss a big development – and Dynamics is accelerating in the same way. Every month, there’s a wow moment these days!

Proud of:

Taking a leap of faith. I once had a maintenance role at a corporate organisation but I ended up leaving to join a small start-up on the advice of a friend who told me CRM was going to be massive. He wasn’t wrong! I sat exams for the first time since leaving school and completely changed my direction, becoming a customer-facing consultant that travelled the country to speak to rooms of people about transforming their businesses. It’s never too late to make a change to do something you love!

My earliest memories of when the internet took off:

I was working as on-site IT support for a factory. We were only allowed to grant access to key staff who needed it for research as it was a huge distraction for anyone that had it! I got my first computer in my bedroom at my parents’ and had to run a phone line up the stairs to use the internet.
