National Highways and Tisski Partner to Improve Customer Interaction

Tisski are working with National Highways to develop and implement a scalable, enterprise-grade solution that will unify customer data. Using Microsoft Dynamics as a springboard, four of National Highways’ core business areas will be consolidated into a single platform known as Single View of the Customer.

The seven-figure deal is set to transform how National Highways interact with their customers, improving communication, and allowing for faster, more accurate responses and actions. With a consolidated data model, management of customer data is simplified, driving improved efficiency and accuracy ­– ensuring a better experience for users and customers.

In addition to Microsoft Dynamics, the platform will harmonise the best elements of the customer’s existing solutions, as well as introducing SharePoint and Power BI for cloud storage, advanced reporting and Customer Insights.
